Duration of the course: 2 Days
This course is suitable for
beginners who wish to learn the
basic techniques and theory of
freediving in order to be able to
improve their abilities safely on
their own.
The course includes:
- Three theory sessions in
which we will learn all the basic
freediving physiology, equalization
techniques, breathing and relaxation
techniques and freediving safety.
- A breath holding session
during which you will apply the
breathing and relaxation techniques
and be able to easily improve your
breath holding ability.
- Three open water sessions
during which you will learn how to
hold your breath and move
efficiently underwater, how to
perform a good duck dive, apply
proper
equalization techniques, perform
safety dives and easily dive to a
depth of 16 to 20 meters underwater.
Price: 340 Euro.
Freediving Study materials, an APNEA Certification of **
level and underwater photographs are included in the course.
