was founded by Dan Zalgaler
- an AIDA Master Freediving
Instructor.
The school offers a wide
variety of freediving
courses, which make an
essential basis for
recreational & competitive
freediving as well as for
spearfishing. |

Our goal is to
promote the development of freediving both as a recreational and
competitive sport. We work under strict regulations and
standards in consideration of the AIDA - The International Association For The
Developement of Apnea standards. |

Our Staff
at APNEA is composed of some of the best freedivers in Israel, with
proven freediving and instructional skills both in and out of the
water. All APNEA Instructors are certified as International AIDA
Instructors/4 Star Freedivers.
In addition to the AIDA educational system's training, all APNEA
instructors undergo a unique training process under the supervision
of Dan Zalgaler, an AIDA Master instructor, one of the pioneers of
freediving in Israel and founder of the school. |
