Duration of the course: 4 Days
This is an advanced course
for advanced freedivers who wish to
learn advanced depth techniques.
Performance minima:
-
Completion of an APNEA \ AIDA 3 Star course
or an equivalent.
- Constant
weight dive of at least 30 meters.
- Static apnea time of at
least 3 minutes.
- Dynamic apnea distance of
at least 70 meters.
- Completion of a CPR
provider course.
The course includes:
- Static apnea training
sessions during which you will learn
packing techniques, functioning as a
training buddy and rescue
techniques.
- Dynamic apnea sessions
during which we will polish your
buoyancy and correct body position
and learn how to function as a
training buddy and rescue
techniques.
- Open water sessions during
which we will learn and practice
advanced depth techniques such as
packing and the Mouth-fill
technique, empty lungs diving and
rescue techniques in open water.
- Theory sessions during
which we will learn about the
anatomy and physiology of the body
under extreme hyperbaric conditions,
training and recovering,
decompression in
